Cliff Road - Excess Speed Concern

Good morning, 

I have, once again, attended Cliff Road - this time during the hours of darkness, following your feedback that the problem increases dramatically at night. 

I am pleased to report that there were no speeds in excess of the marked limit of 30mph, with an average speed of 24mph. While one car did achieve 30mph, nothing was in excess of this. 

I have also obtained the digital speed data for Cliff Road, and while the averages are higher for the top end, past the bus depot - suggesting that a very small minority is driving inappropriately - the average speed for the full length of the road is 17mph with a high of 29mph.
